To provide high quality patient care with in HOSPITAL X and comply with National and international standards and guidelines.
Policy
The Pharmacy Director working in conjunction with the Director of Hospital Services and Medical Director will develop a staff structure consistent with the needs of the pharmacy department at HOSPITAL X .
The Pharmacy department is staffed by a sufficient number of licensed pharmacists, licensed technicians and support personnel in a manner consistent with their provision and complies with National and international standards and guidelines.
