I didn’t use photoshop in long time but i think you can do the following:
- Prepare the images you wanna stitch together.
- Use a selection tool such as a lasso that will allow you to draw a freeform selection, and pick the parts you wanna use.
- Create a new file large enough to contain all the images you’ve in mind.
- arrange the pieces as you desire.
- To the new file, copy and paste the selections you’ve chosen in step 2.
- Now you may use a blur, smudge or softening tool — use it to soften the edges.
- Set a background and i think you’re done. You’ll have something like this

There is another complicated way: [Friend just told me about it]
- File>Automate menu, select Photomerge
- browse, find and select the images you want to stitch together.
- Check the Blending Feature in photomerge options.
- When you have selected all of the image, click OK and let Photoshop do its thing.
- It should only take a moment (depending on the file size and number of images).
- Photoshop looks through all of the images, and searches for common edges and shapes and attempts to stitch them together.
as i said, i’m not PS user .. hope this answer the question
