  This is a remote
position.Responsibilities
  
    We have laid the foundation for
our affiliate program. Now, we are looking for a specialist who can scale it
to millions of $$ in monthly revenue.
    Plan, design, and execute
targeted recruitment campaigns focused on large-scale, high potential
partnerships.
    Support company-wide marketing
strategy and work to integrate and align partner activities with it.
    Source out-of-box partnership
opportunities to further develop Writesonic’s presence and attract new
publishers into the in-house affiliate program.
    Develop and nurture relations
with existing top partners in order to establish solid relationships,
maximize the effectiveness of their marketing channels, and develop new
approaches to improve their performance.
    Attend and optimize opportunities
at in-person industry events and conferences to source new partnerships and
nurture existing.
    Confidently work with large
amounts of data and have a data-minded approach to planning your work and
analyzing its outcomes.
    Be able to demonstrate and
justify the results of your work, continuously develop your approach based on
feedback and results of past experiments.
    Work in a dynamic, flexible
environment and be able to shift focus and re-prioritise tasks in order to
meet new challenges.
    Manage projects involving complex
work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and

  Requirements
  
    5+ years of experience setting
up, managing, and scaling affiliate marketing programs at a SaaS or
Product-Led Growth startup or affiliate marketing agency.
    You have warm relationships with
strategic partners you’ve worked with before who have a large audience of
entrepreneurs, marketers, and key decision-makers.
    A diverse background in digital
marketing including influencer and affiliate marketing, B2B partnerships and
paid customer acquisition channels.
    Experience building landing
pages, email marketing campaigns, automations etc.
    Strong experience using
data/analytics tools to measure the impact of your work and develop new
projects.
    Experience managing return on
investment objectives including the ability to create forecasts and manage
budgets.
    Ability to collaborate with and
