  This is a remote
position.Writesonic is an AI-powered writing assistant with a mission to
empower everyone in the world to write anything and publish anywhere. It’s
like Canva for writing, with tools that simplify the process of creating,
editing, and publishing articles, blog posts, ads, landing pages, eCommerce
product descriptions, social media posts, and many other forms of content.Our
customers love us, as evidenced by the 5000+ 5-star reviews on G2,
TrustPilot, and Capterra.Last year, we raised $2.6M from Y-Combinator, HOF
Capital, and other leading Silicon Valley investors. We have since grown to
16 employees who work remotely and helped 300k+ professionals and businesses

    Lead the Revenue analytics for
writesonic marketing, product and growth teams
    Develop regular cadence on key
business metrics related to churn, cost of acquisition, freemium users, paid
users and geo wise distribution and many more
    Comfortable using tools like
Notion , confluence and Airtable
    Extract key business insights
from qualitative and quantitative data, identify potential risks and
opportunities and create solutions to mitigate long-term issues and drive
more revenue and growth
    Identify customer journeys in
Mixpannel, Amplitude and build a process to optimise customer journeys
    Build and optimise customer email
journey to reduce churn and upsell paid subscriptions
    Build and manage CRM Operations
to seamlessly analyse 360 revenue operations
    Direct the team of product
managers, analysts and growth teams with key insights and real time
dashboards
    Assist in operational activities
for region-specific programs as well as ad hoc project support
    Learn the scope of leveraging the
right stack to make sense of data
  
  
   
  
 
  RequirementsA computer science
degree with min 3-4 years experience in analytics / software engineering
roles or relevant experienceProven operations and product solutions
experience, preferably on a consumer centric self serve product• Ability to
establish credibility upwards and cross functionally to drive collaboration,
alignment and decision making• Atleast 2 years experience with writing SQL
queries and building dashboards using Mixpannel and Amplitude• Atleast 2 +
years in experience in using python scripting for quering data pipelines•
Ability to understand customer journeys and optimize them and increase
onboarding experience• Strong project management skills and ability to use
data to guide decision-making and resource allocation• Professional Product
Management experience, preferably on a developer product successfully execute
a variety of marketing programs including email marketing ,Nurturing and
Upsell campaigns workflows in CRM• Experience with marketing automation
systems to successfully run campaignsGood understanding of core platforms
such as Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent B2B CRM)• Professional Product
Management experience, preferably on a developer productExperince or ability
to build data pipelines using a combination of techstack like mixpannel
